Every new believer must first understand that the cornerstone of Christianity is faith. This statement is based upon five primary principles. First of all, in order to serve the kingdom of God, you have to be a living creature. Once you are dead, the opportunity to glorify God and win souls for Christ sake is gone. The first Scripture deals with just that… “The just shall live by faith” (Romans 1:17; Habakkuk 2:4; Hebrews 10:38; Galatians 3:11). This statement was such a strong principle that the Scriptures sites four witnesses. Additionally, Scripture teaches us “But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established” (Matthew 18:16; 2 Corinthians 13:1).
